Andhra Cong chief's shocking remarks on Delhi rape

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Botsa Satyanarayana today stirred by a controversy when he said "they should also think that they should not go in a private bus at night... We say we got freedom at midnight but doesn't mean we can roam free around at midnight.''

Satyanarayana was referring to the case of the 23-year-old student who was gang-raped in a moving bus in New Delhi on December 16, reports NDTV.
