Bharti, Vodafone, Hutchison Max in CBI charge sheet

CBI has filed charge sheet in a Delhi court on the allocation of additional spectrum during the NDA regime. The CBI names ex-DoT Secretary Shyamal Ghosh and three telecom firms as accused in the charge sheet. Bharti Airtel Ltd, Vodafone India Ltd and Hutchison Max & Sterling Cellular named as accused in CBI charge sheet. All the accused have been booked for criminal conspiracy and under provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act.
