India Inc congratulate BJP, Congress

India Inc today congratulated BJP and Congress on their respective wins in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh assembly polls.

On BJP's victory in Gujarat, the CII said, "The stability in the state would enhance confidence of the industry and herald new investments. The chamber has been working closely with the state government and looks forward to continuing its engagement with it for Gujarat's progress".

Commenting on the Congress' victory in Himachal Pradesh, CII said, "The mandate provides a great opportunity for the new government to take necessary and bold measures for development of infrastructure and industrial clusters in the state. CII looks forward to working very closely with the new government".
