More details on that SC/ST bill being snatched in Parliament.

Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar was forced to adjourn the house today after Samajwadi Party MP Yashwir Singh snatched the SC/ST Promotions Quota Bill from V Narayanaswamy who was reading it aloud in the House today. The Bill had been tabled in the LS this morning.

Sonia Gandhi then tried to stop Singh and grabbed the bill back, but the SP MP snatched it back and tore it up. As a consequence, Sonia hurt her right hand.
