HC: Provide rape victim, friend best medical help

The Delhi High Court taking cognisance of the 23-year-old girl's gang-rape in a bus, asks the Police Commissioner to file a status report in two days. The HC also asks the Delhi Government to provide the best medical facilities to the victim and her male friend.
