Mirwaiz welcomes resumption of Indo-Pak talks

Hurriyat Conference chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq today welcomed the resumption of dialogue between India and Pakistan but said Kashmiris should be included in parleys as the Kashmir issue cannot be settled without their participation.

Addressing a news conference with Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan, Farooq appreciated the restoration of the dialogue between New Delhi and Islamabad.

"Kashimiris should be given representation in bilateral parleys as the Kashmir problem cannot be resolved until Kashmiris are included in the process," he said.
