Sir Nadia on Arab Spring, Obama and more...

Writer VS Naipaul, in an interview to Isaac Chotiner of the New Republic, shows that age has not dulled his tongue (although marriage may have made him a little circumspect, especially if wife Nadira is around). 

Of the many topics he covers in the interview, and some he refuses to, here is what he has to say about the Arab Spring: "I think it's nothing. You saw how it ended in Libya. It ended in a kind of mess, you know. It will happen elsewhere, too. Chaos, one-man rule, which is how these things usually end in the Muslim world.'
