Vicky Nanjappa says: Yeddyurappa has taken the stage, and has started his speech to a roaring applause. He says that about 1 lakh people are at the event, and is making repeated pleas for the crowd to sit down.

Yeddyurappa is walking around like a school head master and says that he will not start speaking until the crowd settles down.
