SC gives Sahara time till February to refund investors

In a huge relief to the Sahara group, the Supreme Court today gave the company time till February next year to pay Rs. 17,400 crore plus interest.

The court has directed Sahara to pay Rs. 5,120 crore upfront, and allowed it to pay the balance in two installments one in the first week of January and the next in the first week of February. Read
