Congress MPs disrupt Sushma Swaraj's speech in the Lok Sabha over the issue of sugarcane farmers. She says there are no middlemen in the sugarcane industry, yet farmers suffer. BJP members say they will disrupt speeches by the UPA MPs as well. Speaker restores order.
