Menon may meet Li Keqiang, China's next premier

National Security Adviser Shiv Shankar Menon, who arrived in Beijing on Sunday for border talks, is likely to meet Li Keqiang, who will replace Wen Jiabao as China's next premier. Li will steer the Chinese economy through the next decade. He is reckoned to be the most highly educated Chinese leader since the Revolution.
