Cong: Gujarat growth has declined under Modi

The Congress Party on Monday hit back at Gujarat Chief Minster Narendra Modi ahead of the assembly elections and alleged that the state's growth has declined under his ill governance.

Talking to reporters here, Arjun Modhwadia, Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee president said that the law and order situation is in shambles in the state with over 14,000 children going missing.

"Under the governance of Narendra Modi, crime against children has increased and almost 14,000 children have been reportedly missing. Nothing has been done in this regard. The police are busy promoting Modi's political ambitions and have sidelined the safety of the people of the state," said Modhwadia.
