Cong may sue Sushma for mota maal remark

News just coming in says the Congress is likely to serve a legal notice to Sushma Swaraj for her mota maal remarks about the party.

Swaraj, leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, accused the Congress of making mota maal in the coal block allocation scam. "Chhota mota nahin, Congress ne mota maal kamaya hai," Sushma said while addressing a press conference on coal-gate.

"Congress has got a fat sum from coal block allocation; that is why this delay [in amending the Mines and Minerals Act] was caused. My charge is that huge revenue was generated but it did not reach the government... went to the Congress party," she said yesterday.
