PC: Oppn has one goal -- tarnish PM's reputation

Chidambaram says the Oppostion's actions have a single purpose -- to tarnish the reputation of the PM. "Opposition-ruled states forced us to go in for allocation because they opposed auction of coal blocks. In fact, NDA and UPA followed the same procedure for allocation. UPA later took states on board to enable a legislation.

Law minister Salman Khurshid who is also at the presser says that legislation always better than administrative order.
