Prof Kurien is congratulated as Dy chairman of the RS

Right now in the Rajya Sabha, the PM is addressing the House congratulating Prof PJ Kurien as the deputy chairman of the House. Leader of the Opposition in the RS Arun Jaitley joins the PM in congratulating the House. CPI(M) Sitram Yechury does likewise and says in jest that bell should be kept away from Dr Kurien as he has the habit of going for it at the most inopportune times. The house erupts in laughter.
