Ramdev taken into preventive custody

Ramdev sitting atop a car has been stopped at the Ranjit Singh bridge/flyover before Parliament House. He says he is not being allowed to go to Parliament House. "I will follow orders. I do not want to break the law," he tells his supporters.
The cop standing next to him holds his wrist and asks him to climb down from the car and get into the bus to be taken to preventive custody at Bawana.
