Ramdev begins march to Parliament

The Delhi police have imposed Section 144 of the CrPc relating to unlawful assembly. This means the moment the Ramdev supporters cross a bridge just ahead of the Ramlila grounds, they can be arrested. There is also heavy police bandobast around Parliament Street as the House is in session. Police say the supporters will be taken into preventive custody at the makeshift jail at Rajiv Stadium, Bawana.
Meanwhile, Lok Sabha has been adjourned till 2 pm after uproar over violence in Mumbai over the Assam riots.

Ramdev continues to urge the protestors to be peaceful.
