Gopal Kanda moves court for anticipatory bail... again

Just in: Absconding former Haryana minister Gopal Goyal Kanda moves the Delhi High Court for anticipatory bail in the Geetika Sharma suicide case. The bail hearing will be held tomorrow.

This is the second time Kanda is applying for anticipatory bail. On August 10, Kanda's anticipatory bail plea was dismissed by a sessions court that said allegations against him were grave and serious in nature and that his application was without merit.

Kanda is accused of abetting the suicide of his ex-employee and former air hostess Geetika Sharma.
