Rs 1 crore found in Fiza Mohammad's house

Just in: Police have recovered Rs 1 crore from the house of Fiza Mohammad. Anuradha Bali alias Fiza, the estranged second wife of former Haryana deputy chief minister Chander Mohan, was found dead in her house in Mohali near Chandigarh on Monday with the police in the dark on the cause of the death.

The body of 39-year-old Fiza, a former assistant advocate general of Haryana, was found in her bedroom in a highly decomposed state, Deputy Superintendent of Police D S Mann told the media.

"She may have died four to five days back," he said. Mann said that preliminary investigations did not indicate any scuffle between her and any other persons in the room and the cause of the death could be ascertained only after the postmortem report.

An autopsy report suggested that there were no signs of injury on her body.
