Three months after Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan was involved in a row with MCA and police officials at Wankhede Stadium, the Maharashtra Commission for Protection of Child Rights has issued a notice to Marine Drive police station and a complainant in the case.

Complainant Amit Maru, through his lawyer Y P Singh, had approached the commission saying that seven cognisable offences were made against Khan and sought a direction from it to police to register an FIR against the actor.

The notice, sent yesterday by the commission to Maru and Marine Drive police station, said the hearing on the complaint will take place on August 16.
