Airhostess suicide: Gopal Kanda's houses raided

The police are raiding the residences of ex-Harayana minister Gopal Kanda in Delhi and NCR. He resigned after airhostess Geetika Sharma named him in her suicide note. She was found dead on August 5.

Kanda did not appear for his scheduled interrogation by the Delhi police on Wednesday. Six police search teams are hunting for him -- one even visited his farmhouse yesterday in Faridabad, near Delhi. The police have declared Kanda an absconder but his counsels have filed for anticipatory bail.
