Sudarshan was sitting on the road outside Mysore hotel

Rediff.com's Vicky Nanjappa adds that Sudarshan was found sitting on the road outside the Lalith Mahal hotel in Mysore, hours after he went missing from his 5am walk. A bystanders spotted him and informed the police after which he was brought back. He has now been taken to hospital for a check-up.

The former RSS leader is believed to be suffering from amnesia and police say that he could have forgotten his way back home.
