Ex-Army chief VK Singh has arrived at the Team Anna fast venue at Jantar Mantar. Almost unrecognisable in civilian clothes, Singh is one of 23 eminent citizens pledging support to the cause. Singh will give Anna a glass of juice to break his fast.
