Sessions court begins hearing Nupur's bail plea

Meanwhile, the sessions court has begun hearing Nupur Talwar's bail plea. This afternoon, the special CBI court remanded her to judicial custody, refusing to grant her bail, saying it had no jurisdiction to do so.

Nupur Talwar's lawyers filed the bail application with the sessions court thereafter. However, it seems more than likely that Nupur, who is accused in the double murders of her daugher Aarushi and servant Hemraj, will spend the night in jail.
