If Rajesh is on bail, so should Nupur, argue lawyers

Back at the sessions court, Nupur Talwar's lawyers argue that the CBI had conceded that there was insufficient evidence against the couple, which is why they had filed a closure report in the double murder case.

The lawyers also said that since her husband Rajesh had got bail, Nupur should also get bail citing the parity clause. Arguments for and against still being heard.
