Ghaziabad court cannot grant bail

The magistrate hearing the case at the Ghaziabad court, says Nupur Talwar's bail plea was rejected because the court does not have the jurisdiction to grant bail. The bail can therefore only be decided by the sessions court, which her lawyers will approach. As of now, Nupur Talwar is still inside the court.
