CBI opposes Nupur's bail plea: Crime too heinous

Opposing the Nupur Talwar's bail plea, the CBI files its reply in the special Court. It says the bail should be rejected since the crime is a double murder and no bail is granted in such cases.

Nupur's plea says she be granted bail on the grounds that she is a woman, but the CBI says given that she has evaded trial and not appeared in court on several occasions earlier, her bail plea be rejected.
