Railways announce compensation for Mumbai train deaths

The railways have announced compensation for the Mumbai train deaths. The amount is yet to be announced. The Central Railway PRO admits the deaths were due to overcrowded trains due to Tuesday's signal failure. On an average day, 10 commuters die per day either by falling off the train, hitting their head on poles or while crossing the tracks.
