Post-lunch gossip from our Delhi correspondent.

Buzz is that 10 chief ministers have planned a strategy meet on May 4 in New Delhi, a day before the NCTC meet. Gujarat CM Narendra Modi, Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal are expected to be present. The meeting is likely to take place at the Punjab Bhavan in Delhi.

-- Chief of Army Staff Gen V K Singh is unveiling the statue of former Prime Minister Chandra Shekhar in Balia on April 22.

-- The buzz in Chennai is over the absence of Jayalalithaa aide Sasikala in New Delhi. Sasikala, the foster sister of Jayalalitha, has not accompanied her to Delhi in the special aircraft  this morning. Instead, she went to Triplicane Lord Parthasarathy Temple which is described as Chhota Tirupathi where she did 42 parikramas.
