Terrorists more lethal than ever: PM at CMs meet

The Prime Minister says the centre's efforts towards improving capacity building in the police forces needs to be underlines since it's the first line of defence in combating the threats faced by India's internal security.

The PM reiterated that it was important to improve the quality of personnel and asked the chief ministers present to come up with viable suggestions.

Earlier, the PM said terrorist groups are nimble, more lethal than ever and increasingly networked across frontiers.
