The PM who still addressing the meet says, "We need coordinated efforts and giant steps have to be made to deal with the challenge of terrorism, whatever be its origin -- external or internal and whatever the motivation. It's a struggle in which we cannot relax', he said.

The PM confirms that the big-ticket NCTC will be discussed on May 5.
