Jagran Prakashan acquires Nai Dunia

Jagran Prakashan Ltd, which publishes the countrys largest-read newspaper Dainik Jagran, has acquired the Madhya Pradesh-based Hindi daily Nai Dunia for an effective enterprise value of Rs.150 crore. JPL informed BSE on Monday that it has acquired Suvi Info Management (Indore) Pvt. Ltd, which runs Nai Dunia through its subsidiary Nai Dunia Media Pvt. Ltd.
