Army chief writes to CBI on bribery allegations

A couple of hours after Lt Gen (Retd) Tejinder Singh appeared before a Delhi court in the defamation case, Army Chief General V K Singh files complaint with the CBI regarding the alleged bribe offer made to him by a retired officer.
