Sikkim CM: Quake a big challenge in my career

Sikkim CM Pawan Chamling tells NDTV that the earthquake is a huge challenge in his political career. He said 10,000 people in nine villages were completely cut off, but they were prepared for the disaster. He also thanked the centre for help in the relief operations.
