PC: 51 terror modules neutralised

At the DGPs Conference in Delhi, the IB Chief says the police system is not quick enough in solving cases. Terrorists don't leave a signature behind, which is why police needs to reinvent itself in fighting terrorism.

Home minister P Chidambaram who is also at the conference says since 2006, at least 51 terror modules have been neutralised.

Incidentally, the Delhi high court blast toll now stands at 14 dead.
