UK PM warns migrants: Learn English or no benefits

UK PM David Cameron has warned migrant jobseekers who don't bother to learn English, that they will be stripped of benefits. In effect, this means that benefits claimants who cannot speak and write English will be ordered to take language classes or have their handouts stopped for up to three years.
