Chennai train crash: Driver overlooked signal

The railways now say that prima facie the driver seems to have overlooked the signal, that led to the train accident at Sitheri which left 10 persons dead and 72 injured when the speeding passenger train rammed into a stationary train at Sitheri near Arakkonam late on Wednesday night.
