Fears of radioactive leak in French N-plant blast

A blast has been reported at the French nuclear plant of Marcoule, and one person has been reported killed.

The blast is said to have followed a fire in the nuclear waste storage site, setting off fears of radioactive leak.

The nuclear plant operates a pressurised water reactor, which is used to produce tritium.
