PC: Third email authenticity doubtful, code easy

On the third threat email he says the numerical code has been deciphered and Ahmedabad has been named as a target, but the code was too easy to break and therefore casts doubts on its authenticity. Chidambaram calls the leads received so far on the Delhi blast as "promising" but not "conclusive".
