UP, Phillipines babies take world population to 7bn

The world's population has reached seven billion, with two babies born at the same time, one in UP and the other in Manila. 51 babies are born every minute in India, of which 11 are in UP. One of the two babies, was born at 7 am today and is called Nargis.
