Asserting that the corruption has been taken to new levels in the country during the rule of Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi, the BJP veteran today termed the cash-for-votes scam the dirtiest scandal in the history of independent India. Advani was addressing a gathering in Mangalore on the sidelines of his ongoing Jan Chetna Yatra.
