PM in Pretoria says debt crisis sending negative signals

Rediff.com's Shishir Bhate who is part of the press entourage accompanying Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to the 5th IBSA summit in Pretoria, reports today that the PM says that the sovereign debt crisis and recessionary trends in the global economy are sending a negative signal to the world financial and capital markets and that developing nations cannot be untouched by these challenges.
