Hisar by-poll figures say Bishnoi leads

Hisar by-poll figures so far: Haryana Janhit Congress candidate Kuldeep Bishnoi leads with 1,99,489 votes, a 21,576 lead over nearest rival, Ajay Singh Chautala of INLD with 1,77,913 votes. The Congress' Jai Prakash has bagged 75,665 votes. Bishnoi reiterates that the Anna Hazare factor has not worked.
