Maya's cavalcade reaches Rs 650-cr statue park

Ms Mayawati, chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, has reached the Rs 650-crore Noida park, also called the Dalit Prerna Sthal or the Ambedkar Park. It has 24 sandstone elephants and statues Dalit icons BR Ambedkar and Jyotiba Phule. And, of course, her. The park is spread over 33 acres. The maintainance is expected to cost Rs 22 crore.
