No bail for Bellary baron Janaradhana Reddy

News flash: Janardhana Reddy's judicial custody has been extended till October 17. Former Karnataka minister and mining baron Gali Janardhana Reddy and managing director of Obulapuram Mining Company Srinivasa Reddy are judicial cusoty since September 5.

A 11-member CBI team arrested Reddy in Bellary, 300 km from Bangalore, on charges of illegal mining operations in the Reddys' Obulapuram Mining Company in Andhra Pradesh.
