How insider trader Rajaratnam may delay jail term

Raj Rajaratnam, the hedge fund manager convicted of insider trading, is set to report next week to a federal penitentiary in Ayer, Mass., to serve an 11-year sentence. But on Wednesday morning, his lawyers will head to court in a last-ditch attempt to delay Mr. Rajaratnam's incarceration, in what will most likely amount to a dress rehearsal for his forthcoming appeal.
