Will Kanimozhi bring in New Year in jail or get bail?

Good morning. At the Delhi High Court, the bail hearing of DMK MP Kanimozhi has begun, along with five other accused in the 2G case.

Earlier, the hearing was slated for December 1, but after the five corporates got bail this week, Kanimozhi filed a plea in the HC for an early hearing of her bail plea.

All the bail applications are being heard from 10.30 am onwards. Former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura, Bollywood producer Karim Morani, DMK-run Kaliagnar TV MD Sharad Kumar and directors of Kusegaon Fruits and Vegetables Pvt Ltd Asif Balwa and Rajeev Agarwal's bail pleas will be heard.
