This is what NDTV has on the arrest of Jigna Vora.  

Jigna Vora has been arrested for allegedly giving details like Mr Dey's motorcycle registration number and his address to fugitive underworld don Chotta Rajan, who is accused of masterminding the murder.

The police claims that after Mr Dey was killed, Ms Vora allegedly tried to mislead the police by publishing stories of a possible role of Dawood Ibrahim in the murder. The police are making these allegations on the basis of numerous stories that were published in the newspaper that Ms Vora works for, sources said.

Police had recorded Jigna Vora's statement twice in the past. The last time when Ms Vora's statement was recorded around a month ago, she had evaded all questions. She told the police that she hasn't spoken to Chotta Rajan and didn't know Mr Dey personally.

According to sources, the crime branch has reportedly got Ms Vora's call data record which shows that she made and received calls from Chhotta Rajan gang members. Also, independent witnesses have given statements to the police that she had a squabble with Mr Dey when a member of the Chhotta Rajan gang was gunned down in 2010, the sources said.
