Maha Election Comm to use marker pen instead of voters' ink
November 25, 2011  12:42

A report on PTI says that the Maharashtra Election Commission has decided to use marker pen instead of the indelible ink to mark voters on their forefinger because applying indelible ink in haste causes difficulties.

The report, however, does not specify what they are. No other changes otherwise. The ink will be applied on the left forefinger as it was done earlier.
