No Islamists in Libya's new 'secular' council

Libya's National Transitional Council has named a new cabinet in which no Islamists have been included. According to The Independent, the cabinet appears to have been chosen with an impetus on regional representation rather than experience. "All of Libya is represented," Prime Minister Abdurrahim El-Keib told a news conference as he unveiled the line-up on Tuesday.
